Description

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Responsible for the daily processing of ACH disbursement for the vendor partners in compliance with CEFCU policies and procedures.
  • Interviews consumer loan applicants over the phone.
  • Crosssells additional products and services to develop new business and increase expand product penetration.
  • Informs members of loan decisions including any changes, restrictions and conditions (stipulations).
  • Serves member needs for loans and requires technical and analytical product and service knowledge in all loan products.
  • Actively participates in and is held accountable for the attainment of individual and departmental/organizational goals.
  • The ability to make clear and concise notes at every point of contact is critical for this position.
This is a full-time position (minimum 40 hours for the week), with opportunities for over time.

The hourly rate of pay for new hires is $22.61/hour.


Required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Must be eligible to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registration (NMLS) to comply with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for
  • Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act).
  • Minimum 1year previous consumer lending experience

Preferred:

  • Applicable college courses and/or commensurate experience preferred
  • Previous experience in Dealer Direct Lending

Pay:
$22.61 per hour

  • High school or equivalent (required)

Experience:


  • Loan processing: 1 year (required)
  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
  • DMV: 1 year (preferred)
