CEFCU member service team members are critical to the success of the credit union. They provide a professional, knowledgeable, and caring experience when members contact us. We are looking for individuals who are personable, articulate, and positive to add to our already awesome team_

Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist team processor and closing coordinator when necessary.
Interview applicants over the phone as well as in person.

This is a full-time position (minimum 40 hours for the week), with opportunities for over time. Primary assigned location will be in the Gilroy Member Center.

CA 07 Hourly Salary Range:

Base Range Minimum:
$30.04

Base Range Midpoint:
$35.28

Base Range Maximum:
$40.52

Required Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Must register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registration (NMLS) to comply with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act).
Must possess a current, valid driver's license, an acceptable driving record, and personal vehicle insurance.
Previous lending experience of at least 2 years required.
Excellent member communication and service skills are required.
Proven record of sound judgment and decisionmaking abilities.
Ability to maintain highest level of accuracy under ongoing peak volume conditions.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelors' degree.
Mortgage lending experience of at least 2 years.
Proven business development experience.
