Los Gatos, starting immediately For our team in "Technology and Support", we are looking for a support specialist (m/f/d) for technical customer support of our Lexware products at our location in Los Gatos (with remote option)WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT:
You will solve challenging technical support cases that arise during the installation or operation of Lexware products and cannot be solved directly in the hotline in first contact (1st/2nd level).
You will communicate directly with our customers via telephone, email, and remote support software. You will write instructions for the solutions found and document them in our ticket system. You will support the product team in the further development of our programs in an agile environment.WHAT YOU BRING WITH YOU:
You are proficient in handling the current operating systems from Microsoft and ideally also have knowledge of databases and networks.
You are willing to adapt your knowledge to technological advancements.You enjoy getting to the bottom of errors - simply fixing symptoms is not enough for you, you also want to know the cause and approach the analysis in a structured way.
You are a communicative and customer-oriented person with a very good technical understanding.You have excellent oral and written expression in the German language and can explain and present complex matters in a simple way.
