Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for the daily processing of ACH disbursement for the vendor partners in compliance with CEFCU policies and procedures.
- Interviews consumer loan applicants over the phone.
- Crosssells additional products and services to develop new business and increase expand product penetration.
- Informs members of loan decisions including any changes, restrictions and conditions (stipulations).
- Serves member needs for loans and requires technical and analytical product and service knowledge in all loan products.
- Actively participates in and is held accountable for the attainment of individual and departmental/organizational goals.
- The ability to make clear and concise notes at every point of contact is critical for this position.
CA 04 Hourly Salary Range
Base Range Minimum:
$22.61
Base Range Midpoint:
$26.57
Base Range Maximum:
$30.53
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Must be eligible to register with the Nationwide Mortgage Licensing System and Registration (NMLS) to comply with the Secure and Fair Enforcement for Mortgage Licensing Act of 2008 (SAFE Act).
- Minimum 1year previous consumer lending experience
Preferred:
- Applicable college courses and/or commensurate experience preferred
- Previous experience in Dealer Direct Lending
