    Description

    The Client Services Leader will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day recruitment operations for our client, based ONSITE in Charlotte, NC, five days a week.

    Responsibilities include:

    • Directly managing a team of ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO Recruiters, including coordination teams and other support roles as required.
    • Collaborating with direct reports to devise strategies and solutions aimed at enhancing overall recruitment activity and client satisfaction.
    • Appropriately allocating workload and resources.
    • Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with direct reports to evaluate progress and strategize on client requirements.
    • Ensuring technology integrity and accountability.
    • Analyzing, developing, recommending, and implementing recruitment strategies.
    • Collaborating with the client and ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO team to ensure recruitment metrics and benchmarks are achieved.
    • Developing and delivering weekly and monthly reports to the client.
    • Understanding business and organizational challenges related to staffing.

    Qualifications: Education:

    High school diploma required, Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience preferred. Required Years of Experience:

    • Minimum 5 years of management experience, leading a Talent Acquisition team within an RPO, corporation, or recruitment agency.
    • Prior account management and client-facing experience. Required Technical/Functional Skills:
    • Proven success in collaborating with corporations to design, implement, and manage enhanced recruitment strategies for high-volume and niche recruiting.
    • Strong sense of urgency with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
    • Consultative approach to managing and resolving complex client situations effectively.
    • Demonstrated accomplishments in process excellence through metric utilization.
    • Proficient in employing positive and effective people management strategies to surpass goals by leveraging team strengths.
    • Financial acumen and budget management experience.
    • Skilled in hiring and training high-performing recruitment teams.
    • Proficiency in various recruiting-related technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing software, etc.).
    • Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for developing client business reviews and managing budgets.

    Organization: Talent Solutions

    RPO Salary: $82,500 - $137,500 Incentive (if applicable):

    Annual Scorecard; Target Incentive of 15% of Salary Benefits: ManpowerGroup offers a comprehensive benefits package, including Medical, Dental, Life insurance, and Disability for Staff and Consultants, as well as a 401K.
