- Directly managing a team of ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO Recruiters, including coordination teams and other support roles as required.
- Collaborating with direct reports to devise strategies and solutions aimed at enhancing overall recruitment activity and client satisfaction.
- Appropriately allocating workload and resources.
- Conduct regular one-on-one sessions with direct reports to evaluate progress and strategize on client requirements.
- Ensuring technology integrity and accountability.
- Analyzing, developing, recommending, and implementing recruitment strategies.
- Collaborating with the client and ManpowerGroup Talent Solutions RPO team to ensure recruitment metrics and benchmarks are achieved.
- Developing and delivering weekly and monthly reports to the client.
- Understanding business and organizational challenges related to staffing.
- Minimum 5 years of management experience, leading a Talent Acquisition team within an RPO, corporation, or recruitment agency.
- Prior account management and client-facing experience. Required Technical/Functional Skills:
- Proven success in collaborating with corporations to design, implement, and manage enhanced recruitment strategies for high-volume and niche recruiting.
- Strong sense of urgency with the ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Consultative approach to managing and resolving complex client situations effectively.
- Demonstrated accomplishments in process excellence through metric utilization.
- Proficient in employing positive and effective people management strategies to surpass goals by leveraging team strengths.
- Financial acumen and budget management experience.
- Skilled in hiring and training high-performing recruitment teams.
- Proficiency in various recruiting-related technologies (ATS, CRM, sourcing software, etc.).
- Proficient in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for developing client business reviews and managing budgets.
