About Lisa Miller:

As a Scrum Master at Compass Group USA, I leverage my SAFe 5 and PSM I certifications to educate and coach multidisciplinary teams on the Scrum framework, ensuring team predictability and product quality. I have over three years of experience in leading and facilitating agile transformations for large-scale organizations, such as Truist and Compass Group USA, delivering value to users and stakeholders every sprint.
