    Description

    Job Title: Talent Acquisition Coordinator

    • Duration: 6 Months contract with potential extension
    • Location: Tampa, FL M - F Hybrid
    • Pay range: ** per hour

    Description:

    • Support recruitment processes by scheduling phone, video, and onsite interviews accurately
    • Coordinate interview scheduling, logistics, and special arrangements
    • Prepare offer letters and distribute offer packages to new hires
    • Assist with new employee onboarding activities and necessary procedures
    • Track special payments like sign-on bonuses and employee referrals
    • Source and recruit potential candidates for various programs such as summer internships and full-time positions

    **

    Entry Level position

    Bachelor's or Associate's degree preferred

    Additional Qualifications:

    • 1-3 years of recruitment support, customer service, or related experience
    • Effective communication and attention to detail
    • Ability to prioritize and follow through on requests
