- Develop and implement ISO 9001: 2015 quality control procedures to ensure that all products meet customer specifications and quality standards
- Create and maintain control plans for production. Create PPAP's per customer requirements.
- Monitor production processes to identify potential quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Manage a team of quality control inspectors to ensure that all products are thoroughly inspected and meet quality standards before shipment
- Collaborate with production teams to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance product quality and reduce defects
- Work closely with suppliers and customers to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions
- Develop and maintain quality metrics to track and report on product quality and process improvements
- Conduct regular quality audits to ensure that quality standards are being met and identify opportunities for improvement
- Ensure compliance with all relevant quality standards and regulations
- Provide training and coaching to production teams and quality control inspectors on quality control procedures and best practices
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies
- Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as engineering or manufacturing is preferred
- At least 5 years of experience in a quality management role in a manufacturing environment
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and best practices
- Experience managing` a team of quality control inspectors
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Experience with ISO 9001 or other quality management systems is preferred

Quality Manager
Job Summary:
The Manufacturing Quality Manager is responsible for ensuring that all products manufactured by Certified PowerTrain meet the highest quality standards.
