Our Commercial Lawn Maintenance Division is a vital part of our operations, ensuring that our clients' sites are kept pristine and healthy year-round.

As the Quality Control Manager for our Commercial Lawn Maintenance Division, you will play a critical role in upholding our commitment to excellence in site care.

You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of quality control within the division, ensuring that our team delivers consistent, high-quality service to our clients.

• Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures for site maintenance operations.
• Conduct regular inspections of client properties to assess the quality of site care services provided.
• Collaborate with site maintenance crew leaders to identify areas for improvement and provide ongoing training and support.
• Monitor client feedback and address any concerns or complaints related to site maintenance services.
• Maintain accurate records of daily operations and provide regular reports to management.
• Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends in site care to continuously improve our services.

• Landscape Management, or experience in a related field preferred.
• A general familiarity with trees, shrubs, and perennial plants preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in site maintenance or landscaping operations, with a focus on quality control.
• Strong knowledge of site care techniques, equipment, and materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify and address quality issues effectively.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse team.
• Proven leadership abilities and experience in training and coaching staff.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fastpaced environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
