Account Executive – Optomi Professional Services

Optomi, a division of Optomi Professional Services, is changing the landscape in the staffing industry with our consultant-centered and technology-driven approach, all while continuing our mission to give back to charities and organizations in our local markets. Roles/Responsibilities:

Connect with clients/companies in your local market to learn about their business needs and problems through phone calls, in-person meetings, coffees, lunches, etc.
Develop strong partnerships with key clients/companies by informing them who Optomi is and what how we can be the ideal partner for their business needs
Be the point-of-contact for all hiring needs between the client and recruiting team (interview feedback, updates, coordination, etc.)
Maintain and constantly develop your own book of business through excellent written and verbal communication with clients

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 1-2 years of sales experience
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
