    **Position Summary:**

    Ascension is actively seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to fill the role of Marketing Specialist - Provider Data Steward. In this pivotal position, you will be responsible for leveraging metrics to determine physician appointment availability. Your objective will be to ensure that marketing efforts drive demand, leading to full utilization of physicians' bandwidth and providing efficient and timely healthcare services.

    **Key Responsibilities:**

    1. Data Analysis and Metrics:

    + Conduct in-depth analysis of provider data and appointment schedules to determine availability metrics.

    + Utilize data-driven insights to identify patterns, trends, and opportunities for optimizing physician schedules.

    + Collaborate with business development, operational readiness and data teams to ensure accuracy and completeness of provider data.

    1. Strategic Planning:

    + Implement strategic plans to enhance physician appointment availability, aligning efforts with marketing objectives.

    + Work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate data insights into marketing strategies that drive demand for physician services.

    1. Marketing Collaboration:

    + Collaborate with marketing teams to align efforts with provider data insights.

    + Assist in the development of marketing campaigns that promote physician services based on availability metrics.

    1. Physician Engagement:

    + Establish effective communication channels with physicians to understand their bandwidth, preferences, and constraints.

    + Provide regular updates to physicians on appointment availability optimization strategies.

    1. Performance Monitoring:

    + Implement monitoring mechanisms to track the impact of marketing efforts on physician appointment utilization.

    + Generate regular reports and dashboards to evaluate the success of initiatives and identify areas for improvement.

    1. Continuous Improvement:

    + Proactively identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization of appointment scheduling.

    + Stay informed about industry best practices and emerging trends related to provider data stewardship and marketing in healthcare.

    **Requirements**

    Education:

    + High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate'sdegree/Bachelor's degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.

    **Additional Preferences**

    **Qualifications:**

    + Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Data Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

    + Minimum of 2-4 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on healthcare or hospital marketing.

    + Experience in marketing specific service lines is highly desirable.

    + Strong strategic thinking, project management, and analytical skills.

    + Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.

    + Familiarity with CRM tools and patient engagement platforms.

    + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.

    + Ability to adapt to changing priorities and evolving marketing strategies.

    **Technical Skills:**

    + Data Analysis:

    + Proficiency in data analysis and interpretation.

    + Strong analytical skills to extract meaningful insights from large datasets.

    + Database Management:

    + Understanding of database management principles.

    + Ability to work with healthcare databases and manage provider data effectively.

    + Data Visualization:

    + Experience in creating visualizations and dashboards to communicate data insights.

    + Familiarity with tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization platforms.

    + Statistical Analysis:

    + Basic understanding of statistical methods for data analysis.

    + Ability to apply statistical techniques to identify trends and patterns.

    + Marketing Analytics:

    + Knowledge of marketing analytics to measure the effectiveness of campaigns.

    + Experience in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) related to marketing efforts.

    + Communication Skills:

    + Excellent communication skills to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.

    **Software:**

    + Microsoft Excel:

    + Proficiency in Excel for data manipulation, analysis, and reporting.

    + CRM Tools:

    + Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools.

    + Ability to use CRM data for targeted marketing strategies.

    + Patient Engagement Platforms:

    + Understanding of patient engagement platforms for communication and outreach.

    + Ability to leverage patient data for marketing initiatives.

    + Data Analytics Tools:

    + Knowledge of data analytics tools such as R, Python, or similar.

    + Ability to write basic scripts or queries for data analysis.

    + Healthcare Information Systems:

    + Experience with healthcare information systems and Electronic Health Records (EHR).

    + Understanding of how to extract and analyze data from healthcare IT systems.

    + Marketing Automation Software:

    + Familiarity with marketing automation tools for campaign execution and tracking.

    + Ability to use marketing software to automate communication and outreach.

    + Database Query Languages:

    + Ability to retrieve and manipulate data from relational databases.

    + Collaboration Tools:

    + Proficiency in collaboration tools like Microsoft Teams, Slack, or similar.

    + Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
