    Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and proactive Associate - Sales & Partnerships to join our team. This role involves driving sales initiatives, forging key partnerships, delivering impactful demos and sales presentations, and actively participating in startup events and meetups. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our business reach, enhancing our market presence, and establishing significant partnerships. This position offers a unique opportunity to work closely with the founders and the leadership team, influencing the strategic direction of our startup.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and execute strategies for lead generation, sales, and partnership development.
    • Deliver persuasive demonstrations and sales presentations to a diverse clientele.
    • Identify, cultivate, and manage strategic partnerships that align with our business objectives.
    • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetups to network, build relationships, and explore new business opportunities.
    • Collaborate closely with the product development team to incorporate client and partner feedback into product enhancements and innovations.
    • Assist in coordinating marketing and outreach activities, including social media, content creation, and public relations efforts.
    • Maintain an in-depth understanding of the competitive landscape and industry trends to strategically position the company.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
    • 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, preferably in the technology or AI sector.
    • Demonstrated experience in developing partnerships and managing business relationships.
    • Outstanding communication and presentation skills.
    • Strong networking capabilities with a track record of building meaningful connections.
    • Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, startup environment.
    • Passionate about AI technology and innovation.
