    As a Marketing Specialist, you'll have the opportunity to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversion through multiple compelling marketing channels & initiatives.

    Responsibilities:
    Conduct market and persona research to identify audiences and their needs, preferences, and trends.
    Produce high-quality, engaging content across various formats, including blog posts, articles, emails, whitepapers, videos, infographics, and social media posts.
    Develop and execute branded social campaigns that engage, convert, and excite audiences.
    Collaborate with designers, videographers, and other team members to create multimedia content.
    Ensure all marketing content is on-brand and consistent in style, tone, and quality.
    Analyze marketing performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments and optimizations.

    Marketing Distribution and Promotion:
    Implement marketing distribution plans across multiple channels, including website, social media, email, and third-party platforms.
    Utilize SEO best practices to optimize content for search engines and improve organic visibility.

    Audience Engagement and Community Building:
    Foster engagement with target audiences through interactive content, discussions, and community-building initiatives.
    Monitor and respond to audience feedback, comments, and inquiries across various channels.
    Cultivate relationships with industry influencers and thought leaders to expand brand reach and credibility.
    Engage, support, and communicate with dealer partners to enhance their marketing initiatives.
    Manage and update dealer portal content, access, and usability.
    Support dealer sales and training initiatives through content creation, presentation, event coordination, and communication.

    Marketing Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    Track and analyze performance metrics, including website traffic, engagement metrics, and conversion rates.
    Generate reports to assess the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and provide actionable insights for optimization.
    Stay updated on industry and marketing trends and best practices to improve strategies and tactics continuously.

    Qualifications:
    A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field is preferred.
    Proven experience in marketing; wellness industry experience is a bonus but not required.

    Exceptional communication, writing/design, and editing skills (with a keen eye for detail and grammar) for engaging written and visual content for various audiences.

    Proficiency in marketing and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Google Analytics, Social Channels)
    Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
    Creative thinker with a strategic mindset and the ability to translate ideas into actionable plans.
    Excellent collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
    Familiarity with graphic design and multimedia production tools, a plus (e.g. Photoshop, InDesign, Canva).
    Self-motivated, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
    Remarkable organization and time management skills to self-manage multiple projects and deadlines.
    Adaptable and willing to learn new skills.
    Can work remotely but be on-site as needed for

    meetings/events/photoshoots

    (~1-2x/month).
