    Description
    The Marketing Communications Specialist will manage the implementation of our internal and external communication plan. This individual will oversee the execution of these activities while working with the company's senior and marketing management teams.

    The Marketing Communications Specialist will oversee our on-line presence by managing website content and social media platforms to increase brand awareness.


    Primary Responsibilities:
    Collaborate with the Marketing Team to create effective internal and external marketing communication.
    Implementation of projects and/or tactics aligned with the content plan and creative briefs.
    Develop written information consistent with corporate business goals, objectives and brand alignment.
    Implementation of social media content.
    Join social media groups and professional platforms to discuss industry-related topics
    Supporting marketing programs by contributing to the feedback to management team.
    Work with creative staff and other department heads to produce marketing collateral in accordance with brand messages.
    Assisting in the communication tactics and prioritized of the product portfolio activities.
    Creating content applicable to the agriculture market place and our target audience.
    Develop content for products and services.
    Communicate and collaborate with internal team to create visual representation graphics.

    Qualifying Skills & Attributes:
    Bachelor's Degree in marketing, advertising, sales, or business administration, or equivalent.

    • 3 years of work experience including the handling of corporate communications, original writing and editing and some public relations.
    Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    Hands-on experience with web content management tools
    Experience with email marketing
    Proficiency in MS Office
    Work experience in the agriculture sector preferred.
    Proximity to the Corporate Headquarters in Fairmont, MN (2-3 hrs driving distance)
    Demonstrated proficiency in social media marketing techniques, technologies, and solutions.
    Highly effective project management, prioritization, multi-tasking, and time management skills to meet deadlines
