    We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Specialist

    with expertise in recruitment to join our dynamic safety segment team.

    As a Segment Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and acquiring top talent within the safety segment.

    Your primary focus will be on understanding the unique needs and challenges of the segment, developing effective sourcing strategies, and building a pipeline of qualified candidates.


    To include, but not limited to the following:
    Collaborate closely with operating companies to understand their talent needs and provide strategic recruitment guidance.
    Gain a deep understanding of the specific requirements, skill sets, and nuances within the safety segment.
    Develop and execute targeted sourcing strategies to identify and attract top talent.
    Utilize a variety of recruitment channels, including social media, industry events, and networking, to build a robust candidate pipeline.
    Conduct thorough screening and assessment of candidates.
    Cultivate strong relationships with key stakeholders within the designated segment, including hiring managers, business leaders, and team members.
    Work with the marketing and communications teams to enhance the company's employer brand and develop recruitment materials.
    Promote a positive and compelling narrative about the company's workplace culture and opportunities.
    Utilize data and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
    Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities, including progress against hiring goals.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    3-5 years' experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or Recruiter
    Strong understanding of the industry and market trends related to the designated segment.
    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and other recruitment tools.
    This position will require occasional travel

    Benefits and Compensation:
    This role will be eligible for hybrid work flexibility based out of our New Brighton office. The pay range is $59,000 - $88,000, depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.

    This position is eligible for annual bonus and profit sharing based on company performance in addition to other benefits that support the total well-being of you and your family.
