Are you an experienced Workday Developer with expertise in Payroll and Timekeeping?
Are you passionate about collaborating and working closely with customers to develop innovative and creative technical solutions?
If so, we're looking for someone like you to join our team at APL.

We are seeking a Workday Developer with payroll expertise to help us support our Workday Implementation and interfaces to other systems.

As a Developer in the Information Technology Services Department, you will provide subject matter expertise in payroll and provide operational support to the payroll manager and collaborate with them to gather requirements, configure and customize Workday Payroll.

You will also troubleshoot issues with functionality and integrations, recommend solutions, build/fix/modify as needed, conduct system test, and implement solutions to payroll, reports, and integrations as needed.

You are expected to engage with Workday Community to understand current trends and upcoming feature updates, and provide technical input and recommendations for advancement and improvement.

Perform risk analysis, and lead key functional stakeholders through impact analysis, provide ongoing support and collaboration with impacted business units, users, and service managers.

Have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or related years of experience in Software Development or Application Support.

Have 3+ years of experience with implementation and support of Workday Payroll Configuration, Processes and Reporting as well as experience with Calculated Fields, XML/XSLT, Report Writer, Developing complex EIBs, Studio, Core Connectors, and integrations.

Have excellent customer relationships coupled with oral and written communication skills with a demonstrated ability to collaborate successfully with system users, internal clients and developers.
