    Description

    Job Summary: The Junior Marketing Coordinator will help develop and manage digital assets, campaigns, and paid media advertisements for the company in order to attract and retain temporary employees and customers. The Junior Marketing Coordinator will report to & provide marketing and recruitment support to the Sr. Director of Marketing to assist in the growth of the company`s marketing efforts and brand awareness. This is an on-site, full time, non-exempt position and they will report to the Sr Director of Marketing. Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Digital Marketing Tasks:
      • Execute marketing efforts based on strategies provided by the Sr. Director of Marketing.
      • Work as part of a team to develop large multi-part digital marketing & email drip campaigns including assisting in the creation of marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, posters, blogs, and other digital content.
      • Project coordination building project timelines, organizing project documents, and ensuring project timelines are up to date.
      • Organization of digital files and design assets.
      • Experience working with Photoshop and LightRoom. Experience with Illustrator or InDesign is a plus.
      • Expertise in Excel creating email lists, sorting and organizing contact lists
      • Oversee Marketing Requests for print, promotional, and other items.
      • Offer support and assistance to clients, candidates, and vendor partners via digital communication. Answer/reply to all contact forms and reviews on all platforms.
      • Gathering and data entry of weekly analytics and A/B test results.
      • Assist the team with social media content scheduling and posting. Review social media interaction, report on performance, and respond to any DM`s or comments.
      • Researching and identifying promotional items including sourcing vendors, pricing, delivery times, and order management.
      • Maintaining Marketing Inventory Logs, managing invoices, and organizing marketing materials.
    • Other Marketing Related Tasks:
    • Miscellaneous document formatting and branding/design
    • Assist marketing team with various tasks, projects, and events
    • Coordinate event logistics such as vendor management, catering, audio-visual requirements, safety and security, and signage.
    • Performs other duties as assigned
    Required Skills & Abilities:
    • Proficient computer skills - Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel), Adobe CC (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator etc.), Project Management Software, Social Analytics Sites, etc.
    • Highly organized and detailed with the ability to adapt to a quickly changing task list, works well under pressure and is a self-starter who takes initiative to find answers under firm deadlines.
    • Attention to detail is a must - each order/project is different any requires a level of critical thinking and judgement
    • Excellent visual design skills and strong attention to detail & organizational skills
    • Creative and intuitive outlook
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Required Education & Experience:
    • 2+ years of digital marketing experience required
    • BA/BS in Marketing, Communication, or related field required
    • Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop) and Constant Contact experience.
    • Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook required
    Physical Requirements:
    • Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
    • Must be able to lift 15 pounds at times
