Marketing Coordinator

Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies and activities.
  • Monitor and track marketing project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables to ensure timely completion.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to execute events, tradeshows, and other marketing activities.
  • Proactively review trade show schedules; plan requirements to ensure the location, resources, materials meet internal and external expectations.
  • Manage the production of marketing materials, including print collateral, digital assets, and promotional items, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Oversee inventory management related to marketing materials, demo models and samples, including ordering, tracking, and replenishment, ensuring optimal stock levels at all times.
  • Conduct thorough market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive insights.
  • Maintain accurate records of marketing expenses and budgets.
  • Support the marketing team in administrative tasks, such as scheduling meetings, packing and shipping, preparing presentations, and managing communications.
  • Facilitate communication with headquarters in Japan and take actions as necessary.
  • Liaise with legal departments to facilitate the contracting process, including providing necessary information, reviewing, and finalizing agreements with sales team external vendors.
  • Collaborate with accounting department to assist with payment inquiries from the sales team and marketing team, ensuring timely resolution of paymentrelated issues.
  • Attend guests, coordinate hotel, transportation and restaurants.
  • Assist with other duties as needed

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred).
  • Japanese Speaking (preferred but not required).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy in a fastpaced environment.
  • Proficiency in full Microsoft Office suite, especially with Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and independently when necessary.
  • Previous work experience supporting a sales team, administrative experience, or marketing coordination preferred
  • Previous experience with event management preferred

Physical Requirements and working environment:

This position requires the employee to frequently sit and work on a computer. The employee occasionally required to stand, walk, use hands and fingers and reach with hands and arms.

Must be able to occasionally lift and / or move up to 50 pounds.

Ability to read and analyze written copy and information on a computer screen.

Pay:
$ $26.00 per hour
