Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy and Execution
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing plans and campaigns.
- Generate creative ideas to enhance lead generation and brand visibility.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
Vendor Collaboration
- Work closely with our marketing vendor to ensure alignment and execution of marketing strategies.
- Coordinate with the vendor on content creation, campaign execution, and performance tracking.
Event Participation
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
- Engage with potential clients, articulate our services, and gather leads.
- Prepare and manage event materials, including booth setup and promotional items.
Content Creation and Coordination
- Collaborate with our marketing vendor to create an effective strategy
- Ensure all content aligns with the company's brand voice and marketing goals.
Lead Generation
- Develop strategies to capture and nurture leads through various marketing channels.
- Track and manage leads in the CRM system, ensuring timely followup and engagement.
Communication and Coordination
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather insights and content for marketing efforts.
- Maintain open communication with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
Market Research
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve marketing strategies.
Other Duties
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in marketing and IT services.
- Perform other marketingrelated duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proven experience in marketing, preferably within the IT or technology sector.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel and attend events as needed.
- Familiarity with ConnectWise Manage or similar software is a plus.

$ $26.00 per hour
