About the Role:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated Strategy & Operations Associate. This role will report to our
VP of Strategy and Partnerships
and enable us to continue to scale in the healthcare industry.
What you'll do:
Support strategic initiatives across growth, operations, and new ventures
Partner with teams from across our organization (Operations, Analytics, Corporate Development, Business Development) to execute projects, build workflows, and create processes that will allow our business to grow and scale
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on time-sensitive and strategic operational improvement projects
Lead efforts in standing up new initiatives, project management, data processing and analysis, and presentation building simultaneously across multiple projects
Design and implement project management and organization best practices
Provide input and contribute to strategic thought on partnerships with external stakeholders and vendors
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
1-2+ years' experience in project management, financial analysis, operations, or related fields
Strong organizational, analytical, detailed planning and project management skills
Ability to independently pursue and develop solutions to complex problems
Excellent communication skills
Extensive experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
Scrappy, eager, positive team player with no ego
Strong comfort with working in a fast-paced environment
An authentic passion for improving the lives of underserved patients and advancing value-based care

Experience working on multiple complex projects end-to-end
Previous work in consulting, investment banking, or equivalent skillset
Familiarity with programming a plus

Our organization follows a hybrid work structure where the expectation is to work both inofficeand at home on a weekly basis.
The office is located at 1668 S. Garfield Avenue, Alhambra, CA 91801.The target base compensation range for this role is: $80,000 - $100,000. The salary range represents our national target range for this role.
