Position:
Property Operations Associate**
Location: Grand Plaza, California.


Key Qualifications:


  • Must have Yardi experience.
  • Must have LITCH experience.

Responsibilities:


  • Works closely with Regional / District Manager to efficiently manage assigned communities and administrative tasks
  • May assist with analyzing company financials and property budgets
  • May deal with vendors and negotiate pricing for property related items
  • Create and/or analyze various management reports as needed
  • Visit property sites to assist in administration including resident relations, rent collection, annual recertifications, leasing and lease renewal functions
  • May assist in interviewing, training, delivering corrective performance coaching and counseling
  • Assists with the promotion of positive relations
  • Assists with establishing and delivering marketing objectives
  • Assists with internal audits, state audits and other compliance activities as needed
  • Maintains filings
  • May act as interim Property Manager, as assigned
  • Performs various special projects as required by senior management

Requirements:


Education:
bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.


Experience:
Prior property management experience required. Multi-site property management and lease up experience strongly preferred.


Skills & Certifications:


  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.
  • Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.
  • Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
  • Ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
  • Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Outlook, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint software
