About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking an Associate Operations Processor as part of Consumer and Small Business Banking Operation


In this role, you will:


  • Perform general clerical operations tasks that are routine in nature
  • Receive, log, batch, and distribute work
  • File, photocopy, and answer phones
  • Prepare and distribute incoming and outgoing mail
  • Regularly receive direction from supervisor and escalate questions and issues to more experienced roles
  • Work under close supervision following established procedures
  • Verify customer cash deposits through a large cash sorting machine

Required Qualifications:


  • 6+ months of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:


  • 6+ months of cash handling experience
  • 10key numerical data entry experience
  • Ability to achieve high production and quality standards
  • Experience delivering results in a fastpaced, deadline driven environment
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills

Job Expectations:

Training:2 weeks on the job training

Work Schedule:Monday
  • Friday 5:00am 1:30pm or until work is completed (Schedule will be Flexible based on hours of operations for the business )
  • Shift may start early (Based on business needs)
  • Ability to work additional hours as needed
  • Ability to stand for 6 to 8 hours or more
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
