    At EnerBank, the Customer Communications Manager oversees the development of unique customer communication to support communications campaigns and strategies.

    EnerBank USA, a division of Regions Bank, engages in strategic partnerships with home-improvement manufacturers, distributors, franchisors, trade groups, and other organizations (with networks of home improvement contractors) to develop customized white-label loan programs to help them increase their sales as well as attract and retain top dealers.

    Primary Responsibilities

    • Oversees the development of unique customer communication such as pricing schedules, collateral, customer letters required for legal, mergers, etc.
    • Manages content strategy, development, execution and optimization across multiple audience segments and delivery channels that attracts, engages, builds trust, preferences and loyalty for customers, associates, and prospects.
    • Develops and executes communications strategies that complement each of the businesses' strategic plans and marketing plans
    • Executes a regular cadence of campaigns that advance community initiatives and/or business initiatives
    • Collects data to understand message performance and fully optimize messages within the marketplace and according to audience
    • Develops content and communications to support marketing programs for use in Television, Online Video, Terrestrial Radio, Digital Radio, Social Media, Digital media, Email, Mail, Print, , Collateral, In-branch point-of-sale
    • Ensures content and communications align with content and channel strategies and are aimed at growing quality households, growing wallet share, and retaining customer relationships
    • Develops new content and optimize existing content at high-speed pace, including Dynamic creative management
    • Responsible for following Marketing Process to meet Legal, Compliance, and internal audit standards
    • Understands Marketing performance and analytics and adapt messaging and channels, based on performance metrics

    This position is exempt from timekeeping requirements under the Fair Labor Standards Act and is not eligible for overtime pay.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, or related field and three (3) years of Communications, Marketing, or related experience.
    • Or Associate's degree in Business or related field and five (5) years of Communications, Marketing, or related experience.
    • Or High School Diploma or GED and seven (7) years of Communications, Marketing, or related experience.

    Preferences

    • Strong knowledge of the financial services industry and applicable products, services, and data

    Job Description:

    Regions | EnerBank USA Seeks an experienced and creative content and communications manager to collaboratively build our external communications output. This includes developing and executing a b2b content strategy to accelerate our growth, support sales and increase brand visibility across a variety of channels. You'll play a strong role in creating and developing content for multiple campaigns. You'll monitor and analyze the performance of our marketing content through metrics, such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates. Your content will reinforce our brand and value proposition by communicating our expertise and strengths.

    Responsibilities:

    • Create high-quality and personalized marketing materials, including video scripts, blog posts, articles, white papers, call scripts, presentation content, email campaigns, and other relevant content
    • Conduct deep dives into our content analytics, keeping a tight track of performance metrics such as traffic, engagement, and conversion rates, adjusting our strategy accordingly
    • Edit and proofread all marketing content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency with our brand guidelines
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product, and design, to ensure our messaging is consistent
    • Provide account based marketing research support
    • Develop creative and innovative designs for print and digital marketing materials
    • Research and understand target audience to help craft compelling content
    • Work with the sales team to develop effective proposal and RFPs

    Preferences:

    • Have 3-5 years of experience in a B2B content marketing-focused role in a fast-paced environment
    • Proven track record of prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines while working as a content strategist and content developer
    • Exceptional editing and proof-reading skills with a keen eye for detail
    • Expert at both short-form and long-form writing and can create compelling and personalized content that resonates with any targeted audience and drives business results
    • Experience working with CRMs or marketing tools like HubSpot

    Compensation Details

    Pay ranges are job specific and are provided as a point-of-market reference for compensation decisions. Other factors which directly impact pay for individual associates include: experience, skills, knowledge, contribution, job location and, most importantly, performance in the job role. As these factors vary by individuals, pay will also vary among individual associates within the same job.

    The target information listed below is, based on the Metropolitan Statistical Area Market Range for where the position is located (or National Range if location is remote/offsite), and level of the position.

    $62,551.50 USD

    50th Percentile:

    $90,580.00 USD

    Incentive Pay Plans:

    This job is not incentive eligible.
