    As a DRAM Engineering Group (DEG) Product DFT Engineer at Micron Technology, Inc., you will brainstorm new DFT ideas and Architectures to enhance test capability for future quality, yield, and test time enhancements. You will communicate key DFT to manufacturing and product execution through strategy road maps, and you will lead the team in resolving various technical challenges.

    Your Key Responsibilities Will Include

    • Team-oriented approach to devise new strategies for DRAM DFT
      • New DRAM Test Flow Strategy
      • Fail Pattern Recognition
      • Improved methodologies for test time reduction and quality enhancement
    • RMA debug and coverage creation
    • Assist in resolving high visibility DRAM product issues
    • Create software tools to aid in Engineering Analysis
    • Innovate anything related to DFT

    Education & Experience Essential for Success

    • BSEE/BSCS or equivalent
    • Thorough knowledge of DRAM architecture and functionality
    • Experience in circuit-level simulation and debugging
    • Background in Semiconductor testing
    • Familiarity with ATE test equipment
    • Proficiency in multiple coding languages including Python and C++
    • Excellent collaboration skills
    • Adaptability to changing priorities and projects
    • Ability to multitask while focusing on key priorities
    • Strong leadership qualities
    • Demonstrates a strong work ethic
