- Coordinate responses to requests for quotations for new tools and engineering changes.
- Manage change requests for existing equipment and provide factory engineering with modification scopes.
- Develop OEM specifications to meet customer needs.
- Lead cross-functional teams to achieve customer and company financial goals.
- Maintain a library of specifications for each tool and manage customer relationships.
- Chair customer User Group meetings and coordinate Factory demos.
- Develop a deep understanding of SCREEN & customer internal business practices.

Job Overview
As a crucial member of our team, you will be responsible for managing projects and ensuring the quality of work exceeds customer expectations. This role may require domestic and international travel to meet job requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, the ability to lead multi-functional teams, and conduct root cause analysis effectively.
Educational Requirements
A minimum of a BS in EE, ME, ChemE, Materials Science, Physics, or Chemistry from an accredited institution. Formal training in business and sales is advantageous.
