- Develop a comprehensive understanding of each client's brand identity and guidelines to maintain consistency throughout all projects.
- Maintain internal and client-facing documents with precision and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with our design partners to brainstorm ideas and provide clear instructions for product and packaging designs/mockups.
- Create and maintain organized production files to enhance workflow efficiency and accessibility for all teams involved.
- Develop spec sheets across product categories, negotiate program details with factory partners, and communicate changes to meet project deadlines effectively.
- Initiate the product development process by managing sampling, pricing, and timing in collaboration with factory partners both overseas and domestically.
- Coordinate with the Compliance team to manage testing requirements and ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
- Work alongside the Operations Coordinator to streamline shipments and maintain accurate records of samples.
- Collaborate with the Production Operations team to ensure production schedules stay on track.
- Demonstrate strong project management skills and effectively communicate requirements to overseas factories.
- Ability to work at twelveNYC's Dumbo HQ as required.
- 2+ years of account management experience
- Strong project management and effective communication skills

- Flexibility and adaptability to adjust quickly to shifting project priorities.
- Willingness to work outside regular hours and across different time zones as needed.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, coupled with strong creativity and decision-making abilities.

Position Summary:
We're on the lookout for a Junior Account Manager to take the reins on managing one of our key accounts here at twelveNYC -- Glossier This account will constitute approximately 80% of your workload, involving close collaboration with our production, creative, and product development partners to ensure seamless project execution and timely deliveries.
