- Supports the division's implementation of the ERP, working collaboratively with the Budget/Finance and other Talent Office departments, and assists with the maintenance of staff utilizing the system moving forward
- Conducts training for RPS staff on how to use the ERP, holds weekly virtual office hours, and assists as a subject matter expert when troubleshooting issues after implementation
- Manages the annual teacher and staff satisfaction survey cycle, including survey implementation and data analysis, and provides recommendations based on the data
- Supports all Talent Office departments by collaborating to manage data, developing recommendations based on data analysis, and meeting all reporting requirements
- Provide exemplary customer service to RPS staff via the LINQ ERP inbox, phone, and in-person communication
- Provide administrative support to the Talent Office, as needed
- Collects and analyzes employee exit survey data and provides recommendations to the Talent Acquisition team as well as other offices in the division
- Meet regularly with the Manager to ensure project deadlines are met and projects align with office and division goals
- Participate in ongoing professional development by attending workshops, lectures, and institutes on specific subjects to enhance job performance
- Performs other related duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree required
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a related field
- Excel or database expertise required
- Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to work with employees
- Track record of success in developing, implementing, and monitoring data projects
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and organization/planning skills
- Ability to form strong relationships and collaborate with students, team members, teachers, administrators, and other community and business stakeholders
- Strong organizational skills, including keen attention to detail and ease at managing competing demands and determining priorities independently
- Experience working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and can be adaptable when managing multiple and shifting priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate complex ideas simply and succinctly
- Prior work experience in a public school division preferred
- Bilingual/fluency in Spanish preferred

Immediate Supervisor: Manager, Data and System Administration
General Description:
The Specialist, Data, and System Administration supports the rollout, implementation, and ongoing maintenance of the RPS's Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system and trains RPS staff on how to use the system. The Specialist is also responsible for collecting and analyzing data related to employee exit surveys and employee satisfaction surveys. Additionally, the Specialist supports all data collection, analysis, and reporting related to Talent Office functions and tasks for both internal and external
stakeholders.
