- Deploy enterprise hardware and software
- Ensure the security and stability of VMware networks
- Lead the server and desktop patching process
- Optimize processes and workflows to maximize system performance and availability
- 3+ years of System Administration experience
- PremierOne CAD/RMS systems experience
- Strong VMware skills
- Demonstrated ability to deploy enterprise level hardware and software
- Experience with managing the monthly Microsoft patch cycle
- Expertise in monitoring system health and proactively addressing issues before they impact system availability
- Ability to troubleshoot network and hardware issues
- Experience managing vendor support tickets

The client is a rapidly growing company in Richmond, VA who is looking for a System Administrator to join their innovative collaborative team who operates state of the art computer-aided dispatch (CAD) systems and records management systems (RMS).
As a System Administrator you will be able to directly leverage your VMware expertise and CAD/RMS systems experience to take the lead on deploying enterprise hardware and software as well as provide support for both Windows server and desktop operating systems.
