    Description
    PropioLanguage Servicesis transforming communication by developing tools and technologies that make it easier and more efficient for clients to engage with the Limited English Proficiency Population to improve access to healthcare and essential services in social services, education, legal and many others.

    The Junior Salesforce Administrator supports the Salesforce Administrator in managing and maintaining our Salesforce platform & the systems in which we integrate with it. This role involves assisting with user support, basic configuration tasks, data management, and contributing to ongoing improvements and optimizations within Salesforce. This role requires a proactive approach, a strong understanding of SQL and JSON, and the ability to troubleshoot effectively under pressure.

    Responsibilities:
    • Basic Configuration
      • Assist with basic configuration tasks within Salesforce, such as creating fields, page layouts, and workflows under the guidance of the Salesforce Administrator.
      • Help maintain user profiles, permission sets, and security settings.
    • Client Technical Setup
      • ​​​​​​​Guide clients through the technical setup process, ensuring a smooth and efficient onboarding experience.
    • Research and Problem Solving
      • ​​​​​​​Investigate potential production issues, leveraging technical knowledge and research skills to provide timely and accurate solutions.
    • Data Management
      • ​​​​​​​Support data integrity efforts by performing data entry, data cleansing, and data migration tasks as directed.
      • Assist in maintaining data quality standards and ensuring compliance with data governance policies.
    • Team Collaboration
      • Work closely with the client services and development teams to share insights, improve service delivery, and implement client feedback into future tech releases.​​​​​​​
    • Documentation and Training
      • ​​​​​​​Document processes, procedures, and configurations within Salesforce.
      • Assist in developing training materials and conducting basic training sessions for users.
    Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or other relevant field, OR sufficient experience in related field
    • Familiarity with Salesforce
    • Strong knowledge of SQL and JSON; Familiarity with other programming languages and technologies is a plus
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think on your feet and resolve issues efficiently
    • A customer-first approach, with a commitment to providing exceptional service and support
