    Description

    Team Lead - Finance

    We are the largest provider of Medicaid and self-paid dental, eye care, and auditory services, serving over 3,500 skilled nursing facilities across the nation. Our innovative collaboration with Medicaid and self-pay approaches aims to provide essential healthcare services to our senior population. We are committed to improving the lives of our policyholders by offering comprehensive coverage tailored to their needs.

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Team Lead with a strong background in finance, preferably from working in a banking environment. The ideal candidate will also possess Salesforce experience to effectively lead our team in leveraging this platform for financial operations.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead and manage a team responsible for financial operations, including write-off and cash posting.
    • Develop and implement efficient processes and procedures to streamline financial operations and improve overall productivity.
    • Monitor team performance and provide coaching and support to team members to ensure high-quality work output.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize financial workflows.
    • Utilize Salesforce to enhance financial operations, track key metrics, and generate insightful reports for management.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in financial operations and Salesforce usage to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
    • Responsible for month end cash reconciliation in collaboration with Finance peers.

    Qualifications:

    • Associate or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Previous experience working in a banking environment, preferably in a finance-related role.
    • Proven leadership experience, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members to achieve goals.
    • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive change.
    • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, with the ability to leverage technology to enhance financial operations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams. Location: Overland Park, KS
