- Respond to high volume of inbound calls and email requests from insureds, lenders, and carriers to address servicing requests for active policies.
- Process updates to policy records in our agency and document management system (Salesforce).
- Perform clerical and administrative tasks related to policy servicing; e.g. sending certificates of insurance, application signature requests, submitting invoices / taking payment, and processing general endorsement requests.
- Provide direct support for servicing requests from Steadily's sales agents.
- Customer Service Experience: You have direct experience working in a customer-facing support role; you possess superior verbal and written communication skills.
- Tech Savvy: You have above average technical skills; learning to navigate new systems and tools is easy for you.
