Description

We manage software projects with high and complex computer components. Often, tasks related to DNS are at the forefront. This involves high-quality specialized software that is used worldwide. Our customer support is provided via email and telephone through our 24x7 hotline in both German and English.

Your tasks

  • First point of contact for all questions in daily operations
  • Independent resolution of customer inquiries
  • Telephone customer support
  • Monitoring of systems
  • Documentation of processes using a web-based ticket system

Your profile

  • You have at least a bachelor's degree in engineering or a natural science.
  • You have a solid understanding of network environments (LAN, TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls).
  • You are proficient in common operating systems (Linux and UNIX derivatives such as HP-UX).
  • You have good knowledge and practical experience in various programming languages (Java, Perl, shell scripts), databases (PostgreSQL, Sybase, MySQL), and application servers (Tomcat and JBoss).
  • You have a strong customer and solution-oriented approach.
  • You are a communicative, team-oriented, and dedicated individual.
  • You have a structured and goal-oriented work style.
  • You are confident in making independent decisions in your area of work.
