    Job Overview

    The Product Marketing Manager at Silex Technology America plays a pivotal role in launching exciting new products and orchestrating compelling promotional campaigns. In this role, you'll develop impactful positioning and messaging that highlights the unique value of our offerings. You'll be instrumental in creating a variety of customer-facing and sales-support materials, including websites, presentations, videos, and whitepapers.

    Your expertise will also guide your efforts to analyze market trends and identify strategic opportunities and challenges. Success in this role is measured by your ability to implement effective growth marketing strategies and collaborate across multiple departments, including product management, engineering, sales, marketing, and operations.

    Focusing primarily on Networking and Wireless Infrastructure product lines, you will also have opportunities to support our Embedded Wireless products as needed. This position is ideal for a product marketing manager who is eager to drive innovation and market leadership at Silex Technology America.

    Your valued contribution will include but not limited to:

    • Be the subject matter expert for network system solution products and its customers, competition, and its industry verticals.
    • Contribute to developing compelling product positioning, messaging, and content. Help customers and partners evaluate and choose Silex more effectively.
    • Assist in developing and executing strategies to penetrate new vertical markets and applications.
    • Assist and drive product demonstrations, develop training collateral, and create other content the field needs to accelerate pipeline growth and shorten time to market.
    • Enable sales with the knowledge and tools required to increase productivity and achieve sales goals.
    • Collaborate closely with Product Management and Sales to coordinate go-to-market (GTM) strategies, create content, manage internal communications, and oversee the launch of new developments, releases, and updates.
    • Work in close collaboration with the product management and marketing team to help market the content you will build and help with demand generation, campaigns, and SEO.
    • Engage in marketing communications efforts across multiple channels, including branding, digital marketing, content marketing, trade shows, public relations, advertising, and partner co-marketing.
    • Optimize and manage KPIs to measure the effectiveness of product marketing.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    Required Skills and Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical engineering, or computer engineering from a four-year college or university or equivalent combination of education and experience
    • 3-5 years of proven work experience in embedded systems product development and/or product marketing
    • Strong understanding of design/implementation best practices in IoT solutions
    • Understanding of sales performance metrics
    • Proven ability to learn technical products.
    • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365
    • Strong understanding of Salesforce

    Location/Travel

    You will report to our office in Santa Ana, California. This position primarily works in the company's Orange County office; however, travel to customers and trade shows is required. Travel will primarily be within North America; however, some international travel may be required.

    Compensation

    $100,000 to $130,000 a year full-time.
