Position Overview:
The Role:
In this role you will lead and manage the development and execution of community engagement strategies and programs that foster meaningful connections, drive loyalty, and create advocacy among our partners, customers, and advocates.
- Be the driving force behind our presence in the local community
- Collaborate with team members, partners, and customers to provide best in class patient experiences and quality clinic services
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute a wide range of experiences, including events, popups, and sponsorships from ideation to postevent evaluation
- Develop and execute a marketing strategy that aligns with brand objectives and drives awareness, engagement, and loyalty
- Develop retention / loyalty program in collaboration with team members to drive referrals and retention
- Develop and nurture relationships with partners, influencers, vendors, and customers to support community engagement efforts
- Provide backup for administrative tasks such as call handling, client greeting, scheduling, and payment processing.
Be available for 4 days of on-site training at our Carlsbad Corporate Training facility - tentatively
scheduled for July 15th - 18th. **The company will cover all travel-related expenses, including mileage, meals, and hotel.

- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time and within budget
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and creating engaging content
Competencies, Qualifications, Education, and Experience:
- 2+ years of experience in community management, partnerships, events, or related field, preferably in medical, sports or lifestyle industry
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Experience in sales, marketing, social marketing, and networking
- Flexibility for schedule changes and attending meetings outside regular hours.
- High School Diploma or GED required; Secondary education with a focus on sales or marketing a plus
Pay:
$55, $65,000.00 per year
Ability to Relocate:
- Huntington Beach, CA 92647: Relocate before starting work (required)
