    Description


    Real Estate Coordinator - Inside Sales Specialist We are in need of a real estate lead coordinator and inside sales agent to join our growing team.

    You'll be responsible for lead assignment, referral tracking and reporting, CRM Management, prospecting new leads, building relationships with potential clients, and improving our lead conversion rate.

    • Qualify the incoming leads you generate for appointments with realtors and field agents to provide quick response times and meet their needs
    • Use CRM to compile a list of all leads to ensure agents have up-to-date information to move through the listing and closing process
    • Assign and Manage incoming leads from various lead sources
    • Track, Manage and report on incoming and outgoing referrals
    • Analyze and optimize the incoming leads and follow up to ensure all opportunities are maximized Qualifications:
    • Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and can travel by car
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
    • Applicants should have a high school diploma, bachelor's degree desired
    • CRM System experience (preferably Boomtown)

    Compensation:
    $20 - $22 hourly


    • Assign and Manage incoming leads from various lead sources
    • Track, Manage and report on incoming and outgoing referrals
    • Analyze and optimize the incoming leads and follow up to ensure all opportunities are maximized
