This role is commission-based, designed to generously reward your sales prowess and dedication.

    Position: Roof Sales Specialist
    Compensation: Competitive Commission-Based Pay with Unlimited Earning Potential
    Location: Cape Coral, FL (Serving the Southwest Florida Area)

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Engage actively with potential clients to understand their needs and propose customized roofing solutions that align with Tactical Roofing Solutions' offerings.
    • Develop and execute sales strategies that contribute to the team's revenue goals and personal sales targets.
    • Maintain diligent follow-up with prospects and clients to enhance customer satisfaction and repeat business opportunities.
    • Utilize our CRM software (Job Nimbus) effectively to track and manage customer interactions and sales processes.
    • Participate in ongoing training and coaching sessions to refine sales techniques and enhance product knowledge.
    • Work closely with the sales team and management to identify and capture new sales opportunities.
    • Ensure accurate and timely communication with clients, from the initial contact to the final sale closure and follow-up.

    Qualifications:

    • Demonstrated success in a sales role, with a must-have deep understanding and knowledge of roofing materials, construction, and solutions.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools and a proven ability to manage sales processes from start to finish.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an innate ability to build rapport with clients.
    • A team player with a solid track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • High School Diploma or GED required; further education or certification in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, with the capability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and technology.
