    Responsibilities:

    • Build strong relationships with clients through tailored consulting services, prioritizing authentic connections over transactional dealings.
    • Provide top-notch service to clients in the real estate industry by leveraging thorough market analysis and expert advice.
    • Foster long-lasting relationships with clients, highlighting the significance of genuine connections in the real estate field.
    • Ensure smooth transactions with the support of a dedicated transaction coordinator, ensuring a seamless process for clients throughout

    Qualifications:

    • The candidate must have at least one year of experience in real estate sales to be eligible for the Real Estate Sales Listing Specialist position in Estero, FL, US.
    • To qualify for this role, applicants need to demonstrate a track record of achieving a sales volume exceeding $2 million in the previous year.
    • Adaptability and a willingness to learn new tools and technologies in the real estate industry are key qualities we are looking for in the ideal candidate.
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential to effectively engage with clients and team members.
    • Strong organizational skills and efficient time management abilities are crucial for handling multiple tasks and client interactions smoothly in this position.

    Compensation:
    $110,000+ yearly estimated commission
