    This is a remote position.

    Job Summary:

    As an Atlassian Tool Specialist, you will be responsible for managing, customizing, and optimizing the suite of Atlassian tools used within our organization. You will work closely with various teams to understand their workflows and requirements, providing guidance on best practices and implementing solutions to enhance productivity, collaboration, and efficiency using Atlassian tools.

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    · Manage the administration, configuration, and maintenance of Atlassian tools such as Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket, and others as required.

    · Customize Atlassian tools to align with organizational workflows and requirements. Develop custom scripts, plugins, and integrations to extend the functionality of Atlassian tools as needed.

    · Provide user support, troubleshooting assistance, and training to ensure effective utilization of Atlassian tools across the organization. Create documentation and conduct training sessions to educate users on best practices and new features.

    · Integrate Atlassian tools with other systems and tools used within the organization to streamline processes and enhance collaboration. Implement automation solutions to automate repetitive tasks and improve efficiency.

    · Ensure the security and compliance of Atlassian tools, including user access controls, data protection, and adherence to relevant regulations and standards.

    · Monitor the performance of Atlassian tools and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement. Implement performance tuning and scalability enhancements as needed to maintain optimal system performance.



    Requirements

    · Must possess expertise in Jira and Confluence with proven ability to write complex Jira queries, build Confluence pages, and be knowledgeable in different Confluence macros that can be used to integrate Jira data and perform additional functions in Confluence.

    · Proficiency in scripting languages for customization and automation.

    · Strong understanding of software development methodologies such as Agile and DevOps.

    · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

    · Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

    · Ability to stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in Atlassian tools and related technologies.

    Minimum Education:

    · Master of Arts or Master of Science Degree preferred, ideally in a Healthcare related field.

    Required Certifications:

    · PMP, Scrum, or Scaled Agile Certification required, Atlassian Certified Professional (ACP) is a plus.
