ENTERPRISE REPORTING SPECIALIST

Summary

  • This position will support the Foundation's conservation awardmaking activities through the implementation and ongoing management of enterprise reporting initiatives and tools.
    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Manage enterprise reporting initiatives to maximize crossfunctional collaboration, primarily the ongoing implementation of Tableau.
  • Collaborate across business units to establish and manage the Foundation's catalogue of standard reports, including naming conventions, classifications, and permissions.
  • Document and provide system administration and user support services for NFWFhosted reporting tools, including Tableau, SQL Server Reporting Services, and Cognos.
  • Design and conduct enterprise reporting orientation and supplemental staff training.
  • Work closely with business users to understand reporting and analytical needs and how various data sets relate to one another.
  • Collaborate with Data Management Specialist to optimize and integrate data sources and ensure data accessibility.
  • Design and develop reports and dashboards to present data in a clear and actionable format.
  • Translate complex data sets into intuitive and interactive visualizations that facilitate datadriven decisionmaking.
  • Deliver solutions that provide actionable insights, improve/automate processes, or otherwise add value to the Foundation.
  • Facilitate and support data integrity, migration, and transformation efforts.
  • Evaluate new and/or changes to Foundation systems and processes to determine impact on existing data and reporting structure.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS (EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE, SKILLS)

  • Bachelor's Degree from a fouryear institution or equivalent experience.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Knowledge of wideranging NFWF business operations and systems.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with information management and report development.
  • Handson experience with Tableau or other data visualization tools preferred.
  • Selfstarter; requiring mínimal oversight/supervision.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical and followthrough skills.
  • Ability to multitask and manage challenging situations.
  • Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills to foster effectiveness across all levels of the organization.
  • High ethical standards and ability to maintain confidentiality.

COMPENSATION
Commensurate with experience.
