As a Privilege Access Management Specialist at Booz Allen, you'll play a critical role in the world of identity, access management, and zero trust.

In this role, you'll support large-scale IAM projects for our government clients. You'll analyze the identity life cycle, articulating access requirements and defining enterprise identity records.


You'll expand your IAM experience to design, deploy, and support systems that verify appropriate user privileges and manage credentials for accessing our clients' most valuable assets.

From single sign-on to privileged access systems, you'll implement enterprise-class solutions and help stop adversaries in their tracks.

You Have:


  • 5+ years of experience with Windows or Unix and Linux System Administration
  • 3+ years of experience with information technology supporting access management solutions, including user privileges management, user credential management, or user security behavior monitoring
  • 3+ years of experience with requirements, design, implementation, integration, testing, or change management
  • 3+ years of experience with COTS IAM tools, including BeyondTrust, CyberArk, or Delinea products
  • Experience with COTS IAM solutions and privilege accounts management in Unix and Linux environments
  • Experience with implementing IAM tools in an enterprise environment
  • Knowledge of Active Directory or LDAP management, Unix directory services tools such as OpenLDAP or OpenDJ
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, or Computer Science

Nice If You Have:


  • Experience with SailPoint
  • Experience with supporting IAM in a Cloud environment, including Azure, GCP, or AWA
  • Experience with SQL database administration or management
  • Experience with a SIEM tool, including Splunk
  • Knowledge of HTTP, XML, REST, or JSON
  • CompTIA Security + or higher security certifications

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements.

The projected compensation range for this position is $60,400.00 to $137, annualized USD).

The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
