We are currently seeking a dynamic Recruiter to join our HR team and help us in attracting top talent to support our growth and organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement recruiting strategies to source, attract, and hire top-quality candidates.
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including identifying talent needs, job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offering.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the requirements and responsibilities of the roles.
Utilize various sourcing methods (e.g., social media, job boards, networking events, employee referrals) to build a strong candidate pipeline.Provide a great candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
Coordinate and conduct initial interviews and assessments.
Negotiate job offers and finalize the hiring process.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and applicant tracking systems.
Stay updated on market trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
