Recruiting Coordinator - (Contract)**:

Duration: 6 Months

About the role:

What you will be doing:

Collaborate with recruiters, sourcers, hiring partners and cross functional groups to ensure a high touch, white glove interview experience from start to finish.
Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality both internally and externally at all times
Engage in projects and programs to help improve areas in the recruiting process that impact the Company
Lead by example as a brand ambassador

Who you are:

Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail

Experienced with GoodTime: Proficient in using GoodTime interview scheduler
:

Strong initiative and resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring and scheduling life cycle
Strong problem solving and organizational skills you can fix any last minute issues without breaking a sweat.
Experience creating and fostering productive relationships with external and internal clients

You might also have:

Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse.

Desirable Qualifications

3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator

Additional Job details
The pay range for this position is $30/hr - $40/hr per hour.
