Recruiting Coordinator - (Contract)**:
Duration: 6 Months
About the role:
What you will be doing:
- Collaborate with recruiters, sourcers, hiring partners and cross functional groups to ensure a high touch, white glove interview experience from start to finish.
- Communicate professionally and maintain a high level of confidentiality both internally and externally at all times
- Engage in projects and programs to help improve areas in the recruiting process that impact the Company
- Lead by example as a brand ambassador
Who you are:
- Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Experienced with GoodTime: Proficient in using GoodTime interview scheduler
:
- Strong initiative and resourcefulness across all stages of the hiring and scheduling life cycle
- Strong problem solving and organizational skills you can fix any last minute issues without breaking a sweat.
- Experience creating and fostering productive relationships with external and internal clients
You might also have:
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems like Greenhouse.
Desirable Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience as a Recruiting Coordinator
Additional Job details
The pay range for this position is $30/hr - $40/hr per hour.
