Key duties include:


  • Coordinating with our clinical operations team to recruit toptier providers.
  • Taking ownership of the endtoend scheduling process for ongoing and opportunistic hiring needs.
  • Leveraging platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, and others to ensure a prompt and positive hiring experience.

Qualifications:


  • Passion for building relationships.
  • Deep commitment to fostering a diverse and inclusive recruiting pipeline. Ability to manage multiple scheduling requirements simultaneously with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated adaptability to rapidly evolving environments and shifting priorities.

Good to Have:


  • Experience in hiring healthcare providers (MD/DO/NP).
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
