    Description

    A premiere venture capital firm is seeking a dazzling and highly articulate Office Coordinator to join their fabulous team In this role, you will support their office in a variety of administrative and strategic ways, managing the lobby, coordinating supplies as well as minor event logistics, locating and organizing supplies, supporting the team, and generally fostering a productive and organized environment.

    ***This role will be in office, and candidates will need to be able to work from both their Palo Alto and San Francisco offices.

    What you'll do:

    • Responsible for the front desk, phones, and greeting all guests
    • Order supplies and manage equipment and vendor relationships
    • Assist with meeting set up, materials, and catering
    • Manage light orientation/welcome packets for new hires
    • Coordinating internal events
    • Supporting the office and team requests
    • Ability to take on administrative support tasks for the team

    What you'll need:

    • 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or office support role
    • Individuals who are interested in the venture capital space are encouraged to apply
    • Bachelor's degree is required
    • Proactive ability to anticipate office needs on a logistical and practical level
    • Positive and warm demeanor with a high energy and driven work ethic as well as a poised and articulate communication style
    • Commitment to organization and efficiency
    • Collaborative nature with a "roll up your sleeves" attitude

    Salary Range

    $60,000 - $80,000 with excellent bonus and benefits
