    The hospital is renowned for orthopedics with leading programs in sports medicine joint replacement spine care and occupational medicine.

    Saint Francis is also known for outstanding acute burn care emergency medicine acute rehabilitation and a nationally-honored cancer care program.


    Responsibilities

    Position Summary:


    An Office Coordinator provides clerical support to the nursing unit, including communication of authorized physician orders to ancillary departments, operation of automated data entry systems, and performance of receptionist duties for patients, family members and visitors to the unit.

    Works closely with other members of the nursing team to assure that the Surgery schedule proceeds efficiently and that necessary supplies are available when needed.


    Qualifications

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Prior experience in medical office setting.
    • Two years of college.
    • Basic Life Support-AHA (CT CPRBLS)

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Medical Assistant experience.

    Pay Range
    $ $41.29 / hour
