    Sugar Hollow Solar is a local solar company that offers energy solutions for homes, farms, small businesses, and other commercial properties. We design and install solar electric systems (rooftop or ground mounted), battery backup systems, EV charger stations, and provide maintenance work. We strive to add more comfort, savings, and security in people's lives, all while keeping with our vision of creating a great business that helps heal the world

    **Summary:**

    Sugar Hollow Solar is hiring a **Sales Manager** The Sales Manager is responsible for leading our sales team to ensure that it performs at a high level and meets company goals. This primarily involves developing excellent sales team members through training and holding them accountable for achieving specific goals.

    Full-time, salary, exempt

    Base salary plus sales commission based on the sales team achieving their goals

    **Responsibilities:**

    Develop and implement monthly and weekly sales goals to achieve companys annual goals

    Advise on product offerings and key material purchasing decisions

    Collaborate with Marketing to develop a cohesive strategy for generating leads and finding new business

    Contribute to overall company strategy and problem-solving

    Manage daily activities of the operational sales support function

    Develop specific sales strategies and campaigns and provide leadership to sales team members during the process

    Develop sales tools and materials in coordination with the Marketing Manager to increase the effectiveness of the sales process

    Design and update the sales processes using CRM, design and pricing tools

    Coordinate Duke rebate process internally and externally

    Occasionally create and deliver proposals to contribute to the teams overall sales volume

    Develop high impact clients and community relationships to establish company as a leader in WNC solar

    Problem solve and provide customer support when there are issues that arise before the system is installed

    Hire, develop, train, and manage sales staff to meet company's sales goals, providing leadership and strategy to the team to drive results and create a high-performing sales team

    **Qualifications:**

    Bachelors degree in related field of study or equivalent years of relevant experience

    3+ years of previous experience managing and directing a sales team, preferably in the solar or similar B2C industry

    Experience creating sales goals and metrics

    Proven ability to effectively lead a team and achieve sales goals

    Excellent leadership skills

    Excellent customer service, internal and external

    Excellent written and verbal communication and relationship building skills

    Strong understanding of CRM softwares

    Valid drivers license
