    Description

    The Account Sales Manager (ASM) drives a small-box truck to sell, deliver, and merchandise Red Bull products in large and small format stores. The ASM's top priority is to effectively service all customers in a safe, efficient, and professional manner.

    Responsibilities:
    • Serve current Matador customers with a designated route by managing Red Bull product inventory and ensuring utilization of current promotions, displays, and marketing tools.
    • Monitor competitor activities including new product launches and price reductions
    • Achieve monthly key performance indicators (KPI's) in the following areas: sales, distribution, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising
    • Bring a sense of urgency and commitment along with desire to get things done
    • Maintain a high level of communication across the Viva team
    • Ensure all Red Bull equipment is clean and in good working order
    • Build and protect the Red Bull brand
    Qualifications
    • Prior sales experience
    • Strong communication and organizational skills
    • Good mathematical skills
    • Knowledge of beverage market preferred
    • Current driver's license with clean driving record
    • Ability to regularly lift and move 25 lbs. over your head
    • Must be at least 21 years of age
    • DOT medical card required.
    • Must be able to lift 25 pounds over your head.
    • Reach with hands and arms.
    • Occasionally stand and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl.
    • Use specific vision abilities including: close vision, distance vision, depth perception and focus adjustment
    • Work with or near moving mechanical parts, moderate to loud noise, outside weather conditions and/or extreme temperatures
    • Must be able to work in a flexible and rapidly changing environment.
    Compensation and benefits:
    • Competitive salary and monthly commissions for route positions
    • Competitive health benefit program after 90 days - for full time employees
    • 401 K matching program (4% at 100% match) after 90 days - for full time employees

    Matador Distributing, LLC is the fifth largest distributor in the United States. It began operations in March 2000 in Atlanta, GA. Georgia warehouse locations include Atlanta, Lawrenceville, Rossville, Byron, and Cartersville. The North Carolina warehouse is located in Asheville. Matador operates 100 routes that service over 8,000 customers throughout Atlanta Metro, rural Georgia, Chattanooga, Tennessee, and Asheville, North Carolina with a team of 145 employees and counting.
