    As a Front Desk Agent, you will:

  • Provide our guests with a critical first impression and a natural passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Welcome and serve guests in person and over the phone every day.
  • Enjoy solving problems, being comfortable using a computer to check guests in and out, and handling cash and credit card transactions accurately and confidently.
    Fundamentals: To be successful in this role, you must have excellent English communication skills and be able to read, write, and speak fluently. You will regularly use a computer and different software. This position requires continuous movement; occasionally, you will have to lift or move up to 20 pounds.

    Rate of Pay:

    For applicants who will be working in NYC, the anticipated compensation range for the position is $19.00 to $20.00 per hour. The hourly rate offered to a successful candidate will depend on several factors, including but not limited to years of experience within the job, years of experience within the required industry, education, etc.
