- 5+ years of product management experience with a strong understanding of the ad tech sector. Past involvement with ad formats and extensive experience collaborating with brands, agencies, and large advertisers is a bonus.
- The ability to work independently with robust critical thinking skills.
- A willingness to be resourceful and take on multiple roles to ensure product success, even if it means handling tasks beyond the typical product management responsibilities.
- End-to-end ownership of the product development lifecycle from concept to launch.

In this position, you will be reporting to the Director, Product Management - Monetization.
The Impact You'll MakeAs the Product Manager for the Ads Format Team, you will lead a diverse team of developers, designers, product marketers, and data scientists. Your main objective will be to shape the roadmap for advertising formats across the Nextdoor platform. By working closely with the design team and customers, you will gather insights into the needs of both large-scale advertisers and local businesses, integrating these insights into the roadmap. Through your dedication, you will support businesses of all sizes by enhancing their advertising experiences on Nextdoor.

The starting salary for this role is anticipated to fall within the range of $170,000 to $227,000 annually, potentially higher if your proficiency level surpasses expectations. Compensation may vary based on location.
A significant equity grant is also expected to be awarded for this role. With equal quarterly vesting, you can anticipate your first vesting date within the initial 3 months of your start date.
Total compensation will depend on your relevant skills, experience, and qualifications. Nextdoor provides various health plans for employees, covering 100% of your personal monthly premium for health, dental, and vision plans. Additionally, a OneMedical membership for personalized care is offered.
