In addition, this candidate will work with key partners to drive a more consistent narrative across Sales and Monetization Product teams - who create and manage our advertising products and solutions that enable businesses to connect with their target audiences on Meta platforms.

This candidate will craft internal narratives and strategies that keep Sales teams informed, inspired, and connected to Meta and the work that we do; support executives in driving internal communications efforts; lead on various change-related initiatives and projects across these teams; and be a key advisor to cross-functional partners, working with them to create, lead, and execute internal initiatives.

You should have an understanding of internal comms methodologies, particularly change communication, measurement and analysis, as well as remote and in-person event production.

You should be passionate about the services Meta provides, the people we serve, and the partners and businesses we support.
